The subject of this form is to inform the BUYER about the sale and delivery of the products, whose qualities and sales price are specified below, and which the BUYER ordered electronically from the ozondunyasi.com website, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
3. ESSENTIAL CHARACTERISTICS AND PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT
The type and kind, quantity, brand/model, color, and sales price including all taxes of the products are as stated in the information confirmed by the BUYER on the payment screen and order confirmation page.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The Medical Ozone Devices displayed on our website are not sold through the site. Only cosmetics, food supplements, and consumables are available for online sale.
4. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping Company: Yurtiçi Kargo
Delivery Time: Shipped as soon as possible from the order date, provided it does not exceed 30 days legally.
Shipping Fee: If the order amount is 1000 TL or more, shipping is covered by the SELLER (Free). For orders below 1000 TL, the shipping fee is paid by the BUYER and added to the order total.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the product is delivered to them, without stating any reason and without paying any penalty. It is a condition for the exercise of the right of withdrawal that notification be made to the SELLER within this period.
6. PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED (EXCEPTIONS)
According to the legislation; for cosmetic products, personal care products, food supplements, and products unsuitable for return due to health/hygiene reasons, if the packaging, tape, seal, or package has been opened, the RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED.
If the BUYER opens the packaging of the product, even for testing purposes, they lose their right of return.
7. COMPLAINTS AND OBJECTIONS
Consumers may submit their complaints and objections to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court in the place where they purchased the goods or services or where they reside, within the monetary limits determined every December.
