Terms of Use and Membership Agreement
1. PARTIES
This agreement is concluded between KAYA OZON SAĞLIK HİZMETLERİ SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (hereinafter referred to as "SELLER" or "COMPANY") and the user who uses or is a member of the ozondunyasi.com website (hereinafter referred to as "USER" or "MEMBER").
2. SUBJECT MATTER OF THE AGREEMENT
The subject matter of this Agreement is to define the terms of use of the website owned by the COMPANY by the USER, and the rights and obligations of the parties.
3. GENERAL TERMS OF USE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
3.1. Legal Notice (Health Claim):
Cosmetic products and food supplements offered for sale on our site are not medicines. None of our products are intended to diagnose, cure, treat, or prevent any disease. Blog posts, product descriptions, and information on the site are for general informational purposes only; they do not substitute for doctor or pharmacist advice. For your health problems, you should consult a specialist physician.
3.2. Medical Device Notification:
The Medical Ozone Devices, whose visuals and technical specifications are shared on our site, are subject to the Medical Device Regulation and are not sold directly via the shopping cart system. These products are displayed for promotional purposes only, and direct contact with the COMPANY is required for their procurement.
3.3. The MEMBER declares that the personal and contact information provided in the registration form is accurate. The COMPANY is not responsible for delays or damages arising from incorrect information.
3.4. All rights to the logo, brand, design, text, and visuals on the site belong to the COMPANY. They may not be copied or published elsewhere without permission.
3.5. The COMPANY reserves the right to change prices and product features without prior notice. In cases arising from technical errors (e.g., a price mistakenly appearing as 0 TL), the COMPANY has the right to cancel the order.
4. PRIVACY AND SECURITY
The COMPANY undertakes to protect the USER's personal data within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) No. 6698. Detailed information can be found on our "Privacy Policy" and "Information Text" pages. The USER accepts that they have read these texts by becoming a member of the site.
5. TRANSFER AND TERMINATION
The COMPANY may suspend or cancel the MEMBER's membership when deemed necessary. The MEMBER has the right to terminate their membership at any time.
6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Istanbul (Anatolian) Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve disputes arising from this contract.
7. EFFECTIVE DATE
The USER shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted all provisions of this agreement when he/she becomes a member of the site or starts using the site.
